Exposé
Our clients are unique in their individual tastes and needs. Amazingly, they all have the same allergic reaction to mediocrity.
For twenty-three years in Texas and ten years in New York, we have provided them the same remedy—superb service and quality.
The following principles, policies and procedures protect the interest of our clients:
- We do not ever reveal the identity of our clients.
- We do not impose our taste on our clients.
- We do not have a signature style that disregards unique tastes and needs.
- We do not design or consult to sell over-priced furnishings.
- Good decisions from a position of strength result from our clear, consistent communication in writing with our clients, artisans, and vendors.
- All client preferences and needs are skillfully explored and refined until a true understanding has been achieved.
- Floor plans are created using the visual, not the actual space, thereby eliminating costly errors in either over or under furnishing.
- Harmony among all elements is achieved through compliment and contrast, not allowing any to dominate.
- Detailed production drawings and clear written directives are created for every custom order.
- Aggressive awareness of the progress of all work and orders prevents problems.
- Only the responsible, quality and service oriented are selected to collaborate with us.
- Lack of attention to detail is dealt with appropriately and swiftly.
- The design plan must reflect the client’s taste elegantly, provide comfort and allow an ease of movement through the space.
